Account and sign-in

You do not sign up before you use gitmoleads. The builder makes an account as you go. Here is how the 30 days work, how to save the account, and how to sign in later.

The first 30 days

An account with no email is not saved. It works like any other account for 30 days: the code is live, and the dashboard is open. The dashboard says how many days are left: "Your codes work for 27 more days." Leads that come in during this time wait in the dashboard.

Save the account

    Enter your email
    In the box on the QR page, or in the yellow box at the top of the dashboard. Tap Save my account.

    Open the email
    The subject is Save your gitmoleads account. Tap the button in the email. A page opens. Tap Save my account.

    The dashboard says Account saved. Your codes work for good, every lead goes to that email, and the leads that waited are sent now.
The link in the email works once, for 7 days. Ask for a new one if it expired. If the email already has a gitmoleads account, your new codes move into that account.

After the 30 days

When the 30 days pass and the account has no email, the printed code shows a plain page: "This QR code isn't active. Are you the owner? Enter your email to turn it back on." Enter your email and open the link. The same code is live again, with the same page. Nothing needs a reprint.

The dashboard shows the same box: "Your codes stopped working on September 30." Enter your email and tap Turn them back on.

Sign in

Go to gitmoleads.com/login. Enter your email and tap Email me a sign-in link. Open the email Your gitmoleads sign-in link on any device and tap the button. A page opens that says "You are signing in as" and your email. Tap Sign in.

  • The link works once and expires in 15 minutes.
  • No email? Check spam. Check the address you typed. The form stays on the page, so you can fix it and send the link again.
  • Some company mail systems open every link in an email to check it. That does not use up your link. Only the Sign in button on the page signs you in.

Passwords

A password is optional. The email link always works. To set one, tap Password in the dashboard header, or open gitmoleads.com/dashboard/password. Use at least 8 characters.

On the login page, open Have a password? Use it instead. Forgot the password? Use the email link, then set a new one.

Start with a password instead

You can also start at gitmoleads.com/signup with a business name, an email, and a password. Then make your first code from the dashboard.

Change the email, or delete the account

To change the email on a saved account, or to delete the account, email support. When we delete an account, its codes, scans, and leads go with it.
